All sales are final and under no circumstances will we refund any monies, except defective products or damaged packages. You have 10 days to return your damaged or defective product to us. You are entitled to a full refund only if the package has been refused due to a damaged package. If you see that the package is delivered damaged, please do not accept it from UPS. If UPS has delivered the package damaged and you were not there to accept, please call UPS at: 1-800-742-5877 and have them come back and pick it up. If the product is defective, email us immediately at email@example.com and we will replace your order as soon as we receive the defective product.
